  • PWR Retirement Group, its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform
  • PWR Retirement Group does not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or error-free functionality.
  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid (if any) for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • This limitation applies even if PWR Retirement Group has been advised of possible damages.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
